Tuition and Scholarships

2023-2024 School Year Tuition Rates:

Two-Year-Old Classrooms: $359 per week

All other Classes: $310 per week

Parent Service Hours

In order to keep costs down and provide assistance to the teachers and staff, GCDC asks families to volunteer for tasks and engagement opportunities throughout the year. The volunteer hours provide parents the opportunity to help their child’s class, as well as interact with the students and teachers in their classroom.

All enrolled families must complete 4 hours during the first semester (August-December), 4 hours during the second semester (January-June) and 2 hours during the summer (June-August).  GCDC charges $25 per unmet service hour.

Payment Options

All families must enroll pay tuition through automatic debit or credit card. Tuition Express is a payment method used by our school. It allows parents to pay via automatic withdrawal.  Tuition Express Forms must be submitted to the Business Manager. (Tuition Express charges a $25.00, per transaction, fee to use your credit card.)

NASA GCDC Association Scholarships

The GCDC Scholarship Program is slowing building back up to provide families with need-based scholarships. The program has two parts, the need-based scholarships which help to augment yearly tuition and a hardship scholarship which is intended to help with a 1-time emergency or unexpected crisis. To start-kick the program, we’re beginning with the hardship scholarship. GCDC relies on Combined Federal Contributions (CFC) to fund scholarships and there is $500-$750 available from previous CFC campaigns that we’ll use to fund the hardship scholarship this year. As we ramp up our participation in CFC over the next couple years, we’ll look to initiate and expand the need-based scholarships.

The application for the hardship scholarship is posted here. This first round of applications will be accepted now through October 18, 2024, with final decisions made by the end of October. As we continue to collect and grow CFC funds, we’ll make hardship scholarships available through the year.

Stay tuned for more information coming soon about how you can contribute to GCDC via CFC.
