Annual Health Requirements:    Enrolled families are required to update their child’s health requirements annually. This page provides directions for this process. 

Child Abuse Reporting Procedures: This document outlines procedures for reporting suspected child abuse or neglect.

Emergency Contact Form : Each child must have a current emergency contact form on file. These forms must be updated annually.

Sunscreen Policy:  Weather permitting, GCDC students participate in outdoor play twice daily. The first outdoor play period occurs before lunch The second occurs after nap. As a Sun Safe School, we ask for parent support in ensuring all children are protected against the sun.

Enrollment Intention Form : This form declares your family’s intention for continued enrollment in our program throughout the summer and next school year.  This helps us determine the number of spaces for the summer program as well as the new school year.
