Hello! My name is Nikolas Williams, and I am proud to serve as a Teacher and Team Coordinator. I was born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland. During middle school, I moved to Anne Arundel County, where I lived until graduating from high school in 2025, before returning back to Prince George’s County.

After high school, I attended Prince George’s Community College. I initially studied Early Childhood Education because of my passion for working with children, but later switched to Business Administration to pursue my dream of owning and operating my own business one day.

My journey in childcare began when I was a sophomore in high school, working with preschool-aged children. From that experience, I quickly realized that teaching and mentoring young people was something I truly loved. Since then, working with children has become more than a job—it has become a passion. I enjoy helping children learn, grow, build confidence, and discover their unique gifts and talents.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy coaching football and basketball, playing video games, cooking and baking, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. I currently serve as the Offensive Coordinator for the Glenarden Bulldogs 12U football team. Coaching has taught me valuable lessons about leadership, teamwork, and character development, and I hope to continue growing in the coaching profession.

My teaching style focuses on patience, growth, consistency, and care. I believe every child deserves encouragement, support, and opportunities to succeed. Most importantly, I strive to create a positive and fun learning environment where children feel valued, respected, and excited to learn.

To all of our parents and families, thank you for trusting me with your children. I look forward to helping them learn, grow, and create wonderful memories together.
