Please note that this form is only for new families. If you are a current member and would like to add a child, please visit here: Records update for Current Families. (1) Click the Anedot button below to pay the annual membership fees. If you are a new family, your child cannot be added to the waitlist  unless you also pay the membership fees.

Note: GCDC membership dues are due annually. By submitting this form, the applicant agrees to pay membership in full by August 1st of each year. Failure to do so will result in loss of current place on the waiting list. The applicant also agrees to follow the rules of the GCDC Parent Handbook.
