At this time of year, we survey all families to determine enrollment intention for the next school year. This information helps us to determine the number of spaces we will have for the summer program as well as the new school year.

GCDC has planned a dynamic summer program for our continuing students. We hope that all families will continue enrollment with us throughout the summer. If you are planning to return for next school year, no action is required for your child to participate in the summer program.

We are currently preparing classroom rosters for the 2025-2026 school year. We need to know each family’s intention for continued enrollment in our program through the summer and next school year before we embark upon this process. All currently enrolled families must complete this form no later than April 5th, 2025. If you have more than one child enrolled, a form is required for each child.

GCDC will be closed August 25, 2025 through August 29, 2025. Tuition is still due for this week for our continuing students. Our first day of school will be September 2, 2025. The last day non-continuing students may attend our program is Friday, August 22, 2025.

All families that are planning to withdraw anytime between now and the new school year must still complete an official Withdrawal Form. Please note that the parents that withdraw their child during the summer months are not guaranteed a spot for the 2025-2026 school year. As a tuition-dependent program, we must always maintain full enrollment. We can not hold spaces during the summer. We appreciate your cooperation and support with these matters.
